We have used the natural features of the lakeside setting to allow for a wide variety of lot types. LAKEFRONT LOTS range in size, but we have tried to maintain a 30m x 60m (100' x 200') minimum. Natural areas around the lake were identified and designated as environmental or municipal reserves. Natural gas, power, and telephone services are supplied to each lot. There is also rural high speed internet service in the area.
